2) A&D Sekretariat GmbH is an active Swiss GmbH (limited liability company) registered in 2014 in the canton of Bern, with a share capital of CHF 20,000, engaged in administrative, accounting, secretarial, debt collection, marketing, and trading services, with extended corporate rights (branches, participation in other companies, real estate, intellectual property). The company is managed by two partners, Catherine Hofer-Moor and Heinz Hofer, each of whom has sole signing authority.

3) What data do we collect?
Identification and contact information: name, phone number (including WhatsApp), email address. Communications: messages exchanged via WhatsApp/email/website chat. Technical and usage data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies, pages visited, events (e.g., form submissions). Marketing preferences and consent history.

4) How we collect data: Website forms (access request, demo, contact). WhatsApp/email, when you initiate a conversation or opt in to receive messages. Cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) in accordance with your selection in the cookie banner.

5) Purposes and Legal Basis (GDPR)
• Responding to inquiries and providing services (e.g., sending materials, arranging a demonstration) — performance of the contract/provision of services. Communication via WhatsApp/email regarding your request — performance of the contract and/or legitimate interest. Sending news and content (if you have chosen to receive them) — consent (you can revoke your consent at any time). Measuring and improving the website, preventing abuse/fraud — legitimate interest. Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., invoicing/accounting) — legal obligation.

6) WhatsApp
By providing your number and clicking "Send," you authorize us to contact you via WhatsApp to process your request (e.g., to send information, schedule, or assist with access). 7) Data Transfer to Third Parties
We only transfer data to subcontractors who provide services to us in accordance with our contract and instructions, namely: Analytics and Advertising: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (after obtaining cookie consent). Communications: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), email. Payments, if applicable. We do not sell your data.

8) International Transfers

12) Your Rights
